Ryan McDonald is a Managing Broker, full-time Realtor, and U.S. military veteran who brings steadiness, experience, and a service-first mindset to Rally Point Properties.
After approximately 14 years of service in the Army as both a 19D Cavalry Scout and 68C Practical Nursing Specialist, Ryan understands what it means to serve, adapt, and take care of people when the stakes are high. Having completed five PCS moves with his wife, Amber, he also understands firsthand the challenges military families face when buying, selling, and relocating. That experience continues to shape the way he approaches real estate today; with patience, clear communication, and a commitment to making an often stressful process feel manageable.
As a Managing Broker, Ryan is equally passionate about developing the people around him. He enjoys mentoring new and growing Realtors who genuinely want to learn the business and provide a high level of service to their clients. He believes good leadership means being approachable, sharing what you know, and being willing to admit when you don't have an answer. When Ryan doesn't have the answer, he'll tell you, and then get to work finding the answer.
At the center of Ryan's approach is a simple belief: people deserve someone in their corner who won't give up when things get difficult. His positivity, problem-solving mindset, and determination to find a way forward are qualities he brings to his clients, his team, and his family.
Outside of real estate, Ryan enjoys working out, hiking, snowboarding, finding new places to eat, and spending time outdoors with Amber and their family.
