Amber McDonald

Owner I Realtor I VA & Buyer Specialist

Amber McDonald began her real estate career in 2013 and has built much of her business through past clients and referrals. She considers that continued trust both an incredible honor and a responsibility she never takes lightly. No matter how many years go by, the quality of care each family receives remains at the forefront.

Amber is known for her systematic mind, her ability to anticipate and empathize with challenges, and her genuine love for serving people. She naturally thinks several steps ahead, creating clear plans and thoughtful strategies that help her clients feel informed, prepared, supported and confident throughout the buying or selling process.

As a military spouse, Amber learned how to adapt quickly and remain steady when life does not go according to plan. That experience shaped the way she serves her clients today, with honest communication, clear expectations, strong advocacy, and a commitment to always put people first.

Real estate completely changed the trajectory of Amber and Ryan’s lives. What began as a job while getting through nursing school became a way to build stability for their family, serve their community, and help others create opportunities through homeownership and real estate. Amber never forgets the trust her clients place in her or the impact these decisions can have on their lives.

Outside of work, Amber loves bringing people together, serving within her community, gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors. She and Ryan live on a small homestead with their sons, Deagan and Rowen, their dogs, outdoor cat, and ever-growing flock of chickens. Amber found out the hard way that chicken math is a real thing! She is always up for a game night, a new adventure, or bringing home the next farm animal Ryan will inevitably have to build something for.
