Reese Young
Licensed Agent Assistant I Realtor
A Washington native, Reese grew up in Maple Valley and now calls Puyallup home. With her naturally competitive spirit, strong work ethic, and genuine love for people, she brings an upbeat, driven, and down-to-earth presence to Rally Point Properties.
Reese began her real estate career in 2021 as a Transaction Coordinator with Rally Point Properties, gaining hands-on experience managing hundreds of transactions from contract to close. Now, as a licensed real estate agent and RPP’s Agent Assistant, she works side by side with Amber and Ryan every day to help guide each client’s experience.
Reese is a true powerhouse within the team. She combines organization, urgency, and genuine care to keep the many moving pieces on track behind the scenes, while anticipating what our clients may need next. Together, Reese, Amber, and Ryan remain fully hands-on, combining their individual strengths to create a smooth, highly supported, and unforgettable experience while helping clients turn their real estate goals into reality.
Whether she is assisting with a listing, coordinating next steps, supporting a buyer, or stepping in wherever she is needed, Reese approaches every responsibility with one goal: making the process easier while ensuring each client feels known and cared for. She especially has a passion working with first-time buyers and military families, helping make an experience that can initially feel overwhelming become clear, manageable, and exciting.
Outside of real estate, Reese loves staying active, traveling, attending concerts, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. She is always ready for a shopping trip, a weekend adventure, or the chance to discover a new favorite spot around Washington.
